Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky visited Kherson on Tuesday, a frontline city located just a few kilometers from Russian positions on the opposite bank of the Dnipro River. Kherson is under constant shelling and drone attacks. Zelensky posted a video of himself delivering a speech on the third anniversary of Russia's withdrawal from Kherson in 2022. In his speech, he said, "We are making decisions to support Kherson." Zelensky also added that he will hold a meeting today with local officials and military representatives regarding the defense of the city, which faces an increasing threat from small Russian attack drones.
