Sergiy Lysak, governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region in central Ukraine, reported that a Russian missile struck a residential area in Kryvyi Rih yesterday.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk region in central Ukraine, Sergey Lysenko, stated that a Russian rocket fell in the residential area of Kryvyi Rih yesterday, on Friday. "This was a rocket strike on the civilian population," Lysenko said. He noted that there are no fatalities or injuries resulting from the strike. Lysenko also reported that at the time of the rocket's fall, children were in homes, however, a tragedy was avoided. According to the regional head, the strike led to the destruction of several residential buildings and infrastructure in the area. Lysenko also added that rescuers are working at the scene and clearing the debris.
