Electricity and water supplies were cut to some areas of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv late on Saturday, with officials citing a power grid fault as the cause. A long series of Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure has led to blackouts, heating, and water supply disruptions in Kyiv and other major cities, some for extended periods. The Kyiv City Administration stated in a Telegram post that emergency crews are working to restore electricity and water to areas east of the Dnipro River.
