The Ukrainian army stated today, on Saturday, that Russia launched 61 unmanned aerial vehicles and two missiles. This occurred during the violated ceasefire in the eastern Ukraine.
"The Russian Federation continues to violate agreements on ceasefire," it says in the statement from the Ukrainian armed forces.
This is already the second accusation from Ukraine in the last several days of violations of the ceasefire. The previous statement indicated that Russia launched 57 drones and a missile on November 24.
According to the Ukrainian command, the attacks have proven ineffective, as Ukrainian forces destroyed all launched aerial assets.
"Our army continues to repel attacks by the adversary, using all necessary defensive equipment to protect the territorial integrity of Ukraine," the statement emphasized from the Ukrainian armed forces.
