The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed on Thursday a call for the establishment of "stable relations" between Ukraine and Moldova. He also noted his country's readiness to support Moldova and its President Maia Sandu.
Volodymyr Zelensky expressed confidence that there are all prerequisites for strengthening friendly ties and mutual cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova. According to the opinion of the President of Ukraine, it is important to support such relations at different levels, including dialogue between the governments and peoples of both countries.
He noted that currently both countries are facing challenges, and their resolution requires joint efforts and cooperation. Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized Ukraine's readiness to provide support to Moldova and to assist in strengthening its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The President of Moldova Maia Sandu, in turn, expressed gratitude for the support and assistance from Ukraine. She acknowledged the importance of developing relations between the two countries and expressed hope for further cooperation in various fields, which contributes to strengthening and promoting the interests of both nations.
