A state of emergency has been declared across Ukraine due to adverse weather conditions, including strong winds and rain. This occurred during the visit of 13 leaders from Western countries to Kyiv on Monday.
The emergency warning was triggered by an atmospheric front that brings precipitation and intensified winds across the territory of Ukraine. According to meteorologists' forecasts, such conditions are expected to persist for several days, so the population is advised to be cautious and adhere to safety measures.
One of the reasons for the visit of Western leaders to Kyiv was the discussion of support for Ukraine in the context of geopolitical events. Each country expressed its support and readiness to assist Ukraine during this challenging period. Additionally, plans were made to hold meetings with Ukrainian officials and visits to military sites for a deeper understanding of the situation.
A press secretary from one of the leaders stated: "Our presence here is a clear signal of support for Ukraine in its striving for peace and stability. We are ready to support this country and assist it in addressing its internal and external problems."
