US President Donald Trump on Thursday downplayed his description of his Ukrainian colleague, which he gave a few days ago.
Trump stated: "I said he is a remarkable person, but that doesn’t mean I want to get back to power."
This comment was made in the context of the upcoming G7 summit, to which the new President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has already been invited. Trump clarified that he supports Zelensky's presence at the summit, but does not seek to interfere in Ukraine's internal affairs.
