The head of the Donetsk region, Vladimir Filashkin, reported that Russian forces attacked the town of Dobrropolye in eastern Ukraine late last Friday evening, which led to the deaths of four people and injuries to another 18. Later, he added: "At least 11 people have died, another 30 have been injured."
