Zelensky Accuses Moscow of Delaying Talks

Zelensky said in statements to reporters, "We want to achieve a permanent and sustainable peace, but the Russian side does not seem interested in progressing with this file."

Zelensky noted that meetings have been held recently between the two Slavic countries, but no final agreement has been reached regarding the ceasefire.
