The leader of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, accused his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin of a "practical refusal."
It should be noted that Zelensky stated: "Throughout the entire meeting, Putin constantly spoke about Russian interests, but refused to listen to Ukrainian proposals."
