The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated on Sunday that an agreement on a ceasefire in Donbas could be reached at any moment.
"We can agree (on a ceasefire) tomorrow, in a day, after tomorrow," Zelensky said in an interview. "If someone thinks that we are in a closed circle, I want to say that it doesn't seem that way to me."
The president expressed hope that negotiations in a "Normandy format" with intermediary countries - Germany and France, as well as with Russia, will lead to specific results.
