According to Ukraine's Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction, Oleksii Kuleba, a Russian drone struck a Panamanian ship that was awaiting authorization to enter port and load vegetable oil. The attack caused a fire on board. 'Unfortunately, one crew member was injured and is receiving the necessary medical attention,' Kuleba reported on social media, adding that maritime rescue services had been dispatched to the scene to control the fire and assist the crew. The Ukrainian official also confirmed a second attack on a ship flying the flag of San Marino, which was leaving port with a cargo of grain.
