As a result of the rocket attack, carried out by the Russian side, a residential building in the northeastern part of the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv was damaged. According to official information, several residential premises were destroyed in the aftermath of the incident, and the infrastructure of the building itself sustained serious damage.

The residential building subjected to the rocket strike is a multi-apartment structure, where numerous civilians reside. Experts have concluded that the strike was delivered from a missile artillery complex located on occupied Russian territory.

One of the survivors shared their impressions: "We were in shock at what happened. It is a miracle we managed to stay alive. It was reported that at the time of the attack, most people were at work or school." Residents of the area expressed outrage regarding the incident and demanded strict accountability for those responsible.
