A Russian night-time strike caused heating to be cut off in about 2,600 residential buildings in Kyiv during a large-scale attack that injured seven people and targeted energy facilities, officials said on Thursday. Moreover, more than 1,000 residential buildings out of about 12,000 in the capital were already without heating following previous large-scale Russian attacks in recent weeks. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said: «After the intense attack that took place last night, and due to damage to the critical infrastructure targeted by the enemy, another 2,600 buildings in the capital have been left without heating».
