KYIV (Reuters) - Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Monday that his country was short of about $800 million to purchase U.S. weapons it had planned to buy this year with the help of its European allies. Zelenskiy also reiterated that Ukraine will need about $15 billion for the next year under the program through which it buys American weapons with European money.
