At least four people were killed and around 25 others were injured in the Ukrainian city of Kiev following a new massive Russian attack with drones and missiles in the early hours of this Friday. According to a report from Xinhua accessed by the Argentine News Agency, three of the deceased were residents of a residential complex, and the fourth was a 58-year-old emergency medical worker who died while providing assistance, said the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, adding that among the injured were medical personnel, rescuers, and a police officer. The attack affected seven districts of Kiev, damaging 19 apartment buildings, including an embassy building, a kindergarten, and other facilities. The Ukrainian Air Force stated that Russia launched 242 unmanned aerial vehicles and 36 missiles in the attack, including a medium-range ballistic missile from the Kapustin Yar test site. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that its military launched the attack, including the use of the hypersonic 'Oreshnik' missile, capable of carrying both conventional and nuclear warheads, striking critical infrastructure in Ukraine.
