The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said on Tuesday that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant will require a 'special status' and a cooperation agreement between Russia and Ukraine if a peace agreement is reached. He stated that a special agreement between the conflicting parties is necessary to ensure the safety of the nuclear plant.
