The International Monetary Fund has reached an agreement with Ukraine to provide an additional $400 million in funds as the country continues its war with Russia.

According to the agreement, the Council of Directors of the International Monetary Fund approved an agreement with Ukraine, which provides for an additional issuance of 400 million dollars for the country that has faced conflict with Russia.

As noted, these additional funds are intended for the supplementary support of Ukraine's economy under conditions of military opposition. According to the words of the Prime Minister of the country, this financial assistance will help stabilize the financial situation and strengthen the national currency.

He also emphasized that these funds allow for carrying out necessary reforms and ensuring social protection for the population in conditions of economic difficulties. In turn, the representative of the Ministry of Finance emphasized the importance of additional financial support for Ukraine and expressed confidence that the country would successfully overcome the current challenges thanks to this agreement.
