Sources suggest that special envoy for US President Donald Trump, Steve Witkoff, and his wife may lead the negotiations. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed with military leaders the enhancement of air defense to protect civilians. At the same time, Kyiv has not set a date for elections, while the European Parliament approved a €90 billion loan to support the Ukrainian army.
