The mayor of Odessa, Ukraine, reported that in the early hours of today, Russian forces attacked a facility located on the Black Sea, which resulted in the disruption of electricity, water, and heating for most of its residents. It was not specified whether the oil refinery was damaged, although two channels on Telegram reported a fire caused by this attack.

The Samara governor reported that at night, Ukraine attacked an oil refinery factory in the city of Syzran. As the mayor of Odessa stated in a Telegram message, hospitals, polyclinics, and social facilities were left without heating, and the strike on Odessa was described as "massive."

Various points across Ukraine were hit by Russian strikes, while in the capital, Kyiv, explosions occurred, and in Odessa, power outages were registered. The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that five Ukrainian aircraft were destroyed last night over Bryansk, Tatarstan, Tula, and the Black Sea, but according to preliminary data, no damage was reported to civilians.
